Sanstha Aadhaar Numbers (SAN) gives special identity to your Institution. After receiving SAN, concerned registration authorities will receive all the details of institution activities online which enables easy registration of your Firm/Institution.

Yes, ID proof of Owner/Properiter/Nodal Officer of the Applicant/Institution is compulsory. If the Owner/Properiter/Nodal Officer registers through their Adhaar/JanAadhaar Number, SAN will be issued instantly and if other ID proofs like PAN Card, Ration Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Pass Port is used, SAN will be issued after processing.
No, because Firm/Institution’s PAN Card may be necessary for Income Tax but here for SAN Owner/Residents/Nodal of Institution’s Identity is compulsory. Therefore Owner/Residents/Nodal Identity proof is compulsory.
No, you do not have to take new SAN for another act and exisiting SAN is applicable. You will have to update your Regostration Number of new act on portal online.
For updation of any details after receiving SAN, you have to contact nearest District Sanstha Aadhaar Registration Center. You may update your information online till SAN is issued in case of other ID proof.
Yes you have to inform changes to nearest District Sanstha Aadhaar Registration Centre so that it may be updated on portal.
Yes, Business activities status, change in work, production or other details have to be informed to nearest District Sanstha Aadhaar Registration Centre at the end of each financial year.
